Judge him not by his apparent size in these pictures: this sucker is about 3 3/4" tall.  This was really a pretty simple custom...until I got to the webs.  I tried doing a "silver wash" because on this particular sculpt, the webs are recessed.  Unfortunately, it looked like crap, so I painted each strand individually, which can be a bit nerve-racking at times.  In the end, it came out looking really cool, IMHO.  It's really incred...amazing to me that they are able to pack so much articulation into such a small package and still have the figure look good.
