So, yeah, Carnage isn't as big in the comics as I made him here but I still like the way this one looks.  The base is a Spider-Man 3 Venom figure with some extensive oral surgery to remove his tongue and his original teeth.  The inside of his mouth and his gums were filled with Aves Apoxie Sculpt.  Then I added the pointy ends off a bunch of plastic toothpicks from the dentist's office (my wife goes every six months and insists I do the same so we have "a few" containers laying around).  The whole thing was sprayed with Red Pepper Krylon Fusion and then drybrushed with Testors Dragon Black (more heavily on the face).
