Admittedly, I only did this character because I really like Slade on the Teen Titans cartoon.  I never really liked the overall design.  Honestly, I think it's the combination of the buccaneer boots (Mr. Wilson, we are not Captain America: we don't need those boots.) and the color scheme.  A villain that runs around looking like he's a psychotic Chicago Bears fan?  OK, whatevs.  This guy was made entirely from a ToyBiz Marvel Legends Face Off Captain America.  I cut the wings off of his mask and filled in the right eye, covered the mouth and ears, added a knot at the back off the head.  The ties on his mask are craft foam sliced thin.  The chainmail is vinyl window screen stretched diagonally and superglued to the body.
