The Incredible Hulk

Sometimes as a customizer you see a certain figure and you immediately know what you want to do with it.  Marvel Toys Legendary Comic Book Heroes Pitt build-a-figure is one of those for me.  Since Dale Keown created Pitt and this is a nearly perfect likeness, and Keown drew one of my favorite looks for the Jade Giant, this was a natural.  I dremelled off Pitt's claws and hair, removed the jacket and the chains from his forearms.  Then I popped the head off and opened the mouth so I could sculpt the tongue in there.  The fingernails and toenails were sculpted back along with the forearms.  The biggest trick was sculpting the facial details (I hate noses) but with the help of some dental tools, I think I managed to make it look pretty good.  Hulk's hair and eyebrows were also sculpted.  All the sculpting on his big guy was done in a combination of Aves Fixt Sculpt and Axpoxie Sculpt.  The hair and pants were drybrushed to bring out more defintion and, voila!, one Green Goliath ready to see just how much punishment Iron Man can take.
