This Iron Man was originally a Sigma 6 Cobra Commander Battlefield General figure.  I swapped out his hands for Zartan's and added a custom cast Snake Eyes head I made and then sculpted over.  The chest was also sculpted and a rare earth magnet was used to make Tony's unibeam/reactor/chest lighty...thing.  This is so you can add the chest blast which also has a rare earth magnet on it.  The repulsors on his palms are tiny goggly eyes.  Nothing on him actually lights up...I just thought it was a cool effect in that last picture.
