Did you ever notice how on all of Eternia there are only two Asian guys and they're both evil?  Weird.  Anyway, Ninjor was made from a 200x MotU Tri-Klops with a 200x He-Man head.  The hood, mask, belt, and gi are made from Sculpey Flex.  The skulls on his knees are cast in hot glue and the sword came from a Samurai Warriors Harriel figure.
