OK, so Rio Blast didn't really fit into MotU very well the first time around.  A cybernetic cowboy from space on Eternia...Uh-huh.  I changed the character up to fit into the 200x mythos better.  In my version, Rio is an old soldier from the days of the Great Unrest, like Man-At-Arms.  Rio is more of gunslinger and has a calm, fatherly demeanor until he's provoked...then people die before they even know they're dead.  I wanted Rio to look like the ultimate cowboy, Sam Elliott, so I have him that big moustache that hides his mouth.  The body is a combination of Tri-Klops (torso), Man-E-Faces (waist, arms/a
