Scareglow was the "Evil Ghost of Skeletor."  Of course, we don't really know if Scareglow is Skeletor's ghost (which I would imagine would be evil given that Skeletor is evil) from the future or he's an evil ghost who works for Skeletor.  I don't really care, personally, I just thought he was cool.  My Scareglow was made from a 200x Skeletor which I basecoated in white and glow-in-the-dark paint and then painted around the bones in black (you can see the results under a blacklight).  I decided to give Scareglow flames on his head, green of course, which a ToyBiz Marvel Legends Ghost Rider provided.  The scythe was made from a combination of 200x Skeletor's havoc staff and sword
